A peer-led series brought hypertension education to rural clinics in their own language.

Instead of asking people to travel to a course, the course travelled. Trained peers ran short sessions while patients waited to be seen.

Knowledge scores rose and more people returned for follow-up. There was no control group, and the public record says so.

The course travelled, so the patients did not have to.
