What an assessment costs.
You pay for verification and independent review, never for an outcome. One price worldwide, charged whatever the result, and it never rises after selection.
Cohort 1 (pilot) is free. Invitation only, 25 dossiers, no fee. Applications November 2026 to January 2027; honors published April 2027 (first honors carry the year 2027). Paid applications start with Cohort 2 (first paid cohort), opening June 2027.

Prices are fixed in US dollars for every country. The access price is available on request if you practise in a lower-middle or low-income country (World Bank groups, reviewed every July), for example Morocco, Egypt, Nigeria, Kenya, Ghana, India. Anyone can ask for a waiver. Your second paid application in the same UTC calendar year is 30% off. Access prices and waivers require approval before submission. Account checkout is in US dollars; your card provider may charge conversion fees.
Referrals
A colleague you invite gets 10% off their first paid application. You earn 1 point when a referred colleague completes their first paid application (a full refund reverses that point). Test, free and points-funded applications do not earn referral points, and 3 points unlock a free Verified Spotlight (up to 2 a year; points expire after 12 months). Points are never cash. Gifts you keep, with every application
Each application unlocks practical tools for your work: a career story, a care impact portfolio, an improvement starter kit, a thank-you card studio and more. You choose them in your account as soon as your story is saved or your application is submitted, and they stay yours whatever the outcome. They are tools, never awards or credentials, and they have no effect on review.

- Two independent reviews against the published rubric, plus adjudication when needed (Distinction and Honor)
- Written feedback, whatever the outcome
- If selected: public record, digital badge, certificate (PDF), cover set and share kit
- No payment after selection, ever. The record never depends on buying anything

Institution plan
US$2,400 per year.

Sponsored seat: US$49. Funds one assessment for an applicant in a lower-income country or in the first years of practice. Sponsors are thanked by name only if they ask to be, and never see scores.
Refunds and waivers
- Found ineligible at screening: full refund.
- Withdrawn before reviewers are assigned: full refund.
- Withdrawn after assignment but before scoring: 50% refund.
- After scoring begins: no refund, because the review work has been done.
- Anyone can request a hardship waiver; an independent coordinator must approve it before submission.
