Nominate · free · five minutes
Some people will never put themselves forward.
That’s why you’re here.
Nominate a nurse, midwife, doctor, pharmacist, educator, leader or whole team, anywhere in the world. We will invite them to share their evidence, and we will not tell them it was you unless you want us to.
Think of the one who…
- stayed after a twelve-hour shift to teach you.
- quietly fixed the thing everyone else only complained about.
- explained everything to a frightened family, in words they understood.
- protected their team’s time so they could make something better.
- caught it, when everyone else had missed it.
- never once made a patient feel like a burden.
