Share it freely

Who can use it: you, your hospital, your professional body and the press, at no cost.
Where: LinkedIn and other social media, email signatures, newsletters, posters, staff screens and press releases.
For how long: as long as your public record shows the status Active. The code on every image keeps pointing to it.
Best formats: the magazine cover for LinkedIn and print, the square card for posts, the story image for Instagram and WhatsApp.

Keep it accurate

Use the images as they are: no edits to the title, result, wording or code.
Write the title exactly as shown, with the year. It is a recognition, not a licence, professional grade or certification, and never letters after your name.
Spotted a mistake? Ask us to correct your record; every cover updates with it.

Your photo, your choice

We only use a portrait you send us yourself, with your written consent. You can ask us to remove it at any time.
Until then, your covers use the Evinca silhouette, so you can still share them straight away.

The photo that works best

Framing: from the waist up, facing the camera, with space above your head.
Background: plain and light. We cut you out and place you in front of the masthead.
Light: soft daylight from a window, in front of you; no flash, no strong shadows.
Clothes: what you wear at work: scrubs, a white coat or your everyday clothes. Hide any patient details or name badges.
Quality: at least 1500 pixels tall, sharp, no filters, no group photos, no hospital logos.
How to send it: reply to your honor email with the photo attached, or email it to the editors.
