Where do you come in?

Every story of better care has someone who did the work, someone who noticed, and someone who was cared for.

The promise

Evidence behind every honor.

Every honor links to a live public record explaining the criteria, the evidence reviewed, its limits and its current status.

01 · How We Review

A quieter kind of authority.

We publish the method before we publish the recognition: four clear steps, human review, conflict controls, and room for an honest “not yet”.

  1. 01Eligibility and integrity gates
  2. 02Two independent evidence reviews
  3. 03Adjudication and a human decision
  4. 04A public record that can change

02 · Core categories

Four places to begin.

You were never invisible. You were unrecorded.

Most good work in healthcare is never written down, so it never counts: not in a CV, not in a promotion, not in anyone’s memory once the shift ends. Evinca turns it into a record that you own and anyone can check.

A worldwide record

Impact, in context.

Reviewers read every contribution alongside its local context, resources and constraints, instead of comparing raw results across very different health systems.

04 · Magazine

A publication for the work behind the outcome.

Essays, profiles and method notes, plus the Honorees Edition with every honoree on a cover of their own. Read it as a page-turning issue or as plain articles.

05 · Fees, published in advance

Start free. Pay only for review.

A Spotlight Story is free. Fixed prices, the same in every country: US$19 to verify a monthly Spotlight (US$15 with three colleague confirmations), US$49 for a quarterly Distinction, and US$79 to US$249 for an individual annual Honor. The fee pays for independent review. It never guarantees selection, and honorees never pay for their record, badge or certificate.

06 · Independence

Recognition with safeguards.

Reviewers declare conflicts before opening any file. The founder is recused from his own projects, employers, business partners and close associates. Appeals, corrections and revocations are part of the public record.

Editorial board: eight seats, including a patient and public partner. Names are published only once members have agreed to serve and declared their conflicts. Editorial board
